Climate and Weather

 

There is not much life in deserts because of the environmental conditions.

Deserts are very dry places. It does not rain very often.

There is a big difference between the temperature during the day and at night.

During the day temperatures are very high. 

They normally go above fifty degrees.

At night the temperature can fall to zero degrees.

 

    

CLIMATE AND WEAHTER :

The tundra is the coldest and the driest of all the biomes on Earth.

The Tundra climate is characterized by being extremely cold, dry, windy etc...

 

There is very little rainfall in the tundra; it rains less than ten inches a year. Winters here are long, and 

summers short, sometimes they last bfor only 6 - 10 weeks.

In the winter the temperature can reach -50°F (-45.5°C)

The coldest weather occurs in northeastern Siberia,

there temperatures average -40ºF (-40ºC) and have reached -93ºF (-69,44ºC).
